One of the most popular new year’s resolutions is getting into shape, but what happens to those who bail out of the promise to shed those pounds and are stuck with an unused gym membership?
According to U.S. News & World Report, 80 percent of resolutions fail by February. Last year’s data provided by the Better Business Bureau showed that there were nearly 3,500 complaints filed against health clubs nationwide – most involving contract and billing issues.
