Two 13-year-old boys have been arrested for allegedly vandalizing a synagogue in Williamsburg.
Police say the boys were caught on security video on Saturday while congregants were inside Synagogue Volkan on Franklin Avenue.
Police say a metal pole came through the ground-floor window. They say they are still searching for at least two more teenagers who were involved.
The vandalism came days after someone wrote hateful messages inside a synagogue in Prospect Heights. Also, a person recently drew swastikas on a building in Brooklyn Heights.
Police say it does not appear that there's any connection between Saturday’s incident and the others at this time.
