Police say three suspects are wanted in connection to an assault of a man in Wakefield Monday.

They say the incident happened in front of 4370 White Plains Rd. Authorities say one of the suspects threw a piece of fruit towards the 67-year-old victim, who was inside the location.

The victim then walked outside, and police say the same person punched him in the face before running off.

The victim was taken to a local hospital with injuries to his face and head.
