Authorities say a Bronx baby has died after being found unresponsive.
Police say they found an unresponsive baby girl Saturday when they responded to a 911 call at 1146 Ogden Ave.
They say 4-month-old Akira Williams was unconscious when officers arrived. She was taken to Lincoln Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
Officials say there was no apparent trauma to the baby, and the medical examiner is working to determine the cause of death.
