Two people died after investigators say a man intentionally set a fire inside of a Belmont apartment.
The fire broke out Saturday inside of 2216 Adams Place on a second-floor apartment.
Berta Booker, 49, died Sunday at St. Barnabas Hospital while a 44-year-old man died Saturday after being transported to the hospital with burns across his body.
A 55-year-old man and another person also remain hospitalized.
Neighbors tell News 12 they heard arguing and loud screams coming from the apartment before the fire began.
Police have not released the identity of the man who died but say he likely set the fire intentionally.
The city's fire marshal will determine the cause of the fire.
