Authorities have identified a 22-year-old who was fatally shot Tuesday, and say they have arrested the alleged shooter.
Police say Rahim Minkins was shot in the head on Rev. James A Polite Avenue at around 4 a.m.
Another person was also shot in the leg at the time.
Police have arrested 28-year-old Adonijah Colbourne in connection to the shooting. They say he faces murder and manslaughter charges among others.
