Police: Man exposes self to 9-year-old girl
Police are searching for a man who they say flashed a girl on her last day of school.
Authorities say a man ran up to a 9-year-old girl in Soundview and showed her his genitals.
The incident happened Friday morning outside of P.S. 93 on Story Avenue.
Neighbors who spoke with News 12 say they are disgusted that such an incident happened right outside a school.
Police say the man is wanted for public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.
