Police say a 32-year-old man died after a shooting in front of 405 East 16th Street in Brooklyn.

They responded to a call around 7 p.m. where they say they found a man with gunshot wounds to his chest and face.

Authorities say the victim was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The investigation is ongoing.
