Police: Man found dead with ankles bound to waist, slash marks in Fordham

Police say a man was found dead after officers responded to a call of a foul odor coming from a Fordham apartment Friday.

Police say a man was found dead after officers responded to a call of a foul odor coming from a Fordham apartment Friday.
The incident happened just after 5 p.m. at 2323 Creston Ave. Officers say they found a man who was unresponsive and unconscious with his ankles bound to his waist and slash marks on his wrists and torso.
EMS pronounced the man dead at the scene. No arrests have been made.
