A man was shot and killed in Concourse Village Thursday afternoon.
Police say the man was shot in the chest on East 157th Street at around 3 p.m.
He was taken to Lincoln Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The area is patrolled by the 44th Precinct, which is part of the Summer All Out program to add extra officers to patrol neighborhoods.
