Police: Paul Rodriguez, 35, dies after all-terrain vehicle accident in Jerome Park
Police say a 35-year-old man died in Jerome Park Sunday as a result of an all-terrain vehicle accident. They say the incident occurred shortly before 6 p.m. on Bailey Avenue and West 233rd Street.

Police say a 35-year-old man died in Jerome Park Sunday as a result of an all-terrain vehicle accident.
They say the incident occurred shortly before 6 p.m. on Bailey Avenue and West 233rd Street.
Officials report that two ATV's were driving side by side when they side swiped each other and crashed.
One of the drivers, Paul Rodriguez, was pronounced dead on arrival at Saint Barnabas Hospital after suffering a severe head trauma.
Police say the other driver in the accident injured his right leg, but is expected to be OK.
