Police have released footage of a man wanted in connection to Wednesday’s deadly shooting and fire in Unionport, which has now been ruled a homicide.
According to the released footage, the man being searched for has a beard, and wore a baseball hat, a waist-length jacket and jeans.
Police say the suspect may have set fire to the Gleason Avenue apartment of Noel Farrow, 45, who was found fatally shot in the head Wednesday night.
According to the building’s staff, Farrow lived alone in his apartment, and had only lived in the building for a few months.
A motive and cause for the fire is yet to be determined by the NYPD.
