Police officials say security footage shows a man leaning into the car of an off-duty officer before being fatally shot.
According to police, Officer Wayne Isaac was in his personal vehicle Monday morning when he was involved in a traffic dispute with 37-year-old Delrawn Small.
They say Small got out of his car at a red light and began punching the officer through an open window.
The officer responded by shooting Small.
Police say a passenger in Small's car became enraged after he thought the officer cut him off.
