Police seek man who burglarized building’s maintenance room

Police are searching for a suspect wanted for burglarizing a building.
Officials say the incident happened on Friday, Jan. 26 just before 2 a.m.
They say the man used a screwdriver to break into a maintenance room in a building at 3430 Third Ave.
He allegedly took a space heater, extension cord and a box of trash bags before running away.
They say the culprit fled on foot heading north on Third Avenue.
Police say he is about 30 to 40 years old with black hair and a salt and pepper beard.
He was last seen wearing a light blue hat, green camouflage jacket and black jeans.
Police say they do not have any leads at this time.
