Police are looking for the man accused of robbing a warehouse in Hunts Point.
Officials say the suspect walked inside the Happy Times USA Commercial Warehouse on Barretto Street around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday and asked a 53-year-old male employee if there were any job openings. Once the suspect was told there were no jobs available, police say he demanded money and stated he would stab the victim if he did not comply.
After a brief struggle inside the warehouse, authorities say the suspect stole the money from the victim's pocket and two phones from the office.
The suspect got away with more than $1,700.
According to the NYPD, there were no reported injuries.
Police describe the man as approximately 40 years old, 5 feet 9 inches with short black hair and was last seen wearing a Yankees baseball hat, gray half sleeved hoodie with the word '"Everlast" written on the chest.
