Police say three men are wanted in connection to a robbery on Elder Avenue over the weekend.
According to investigators, the robbery happened around 3 a.m. Saturday.
The 33-year-old victim told investigators he was standing outside a restaurant near Elder and Westchester avenues when three men approached him from behind and pushed him to the ground.
That’s when, he says, the men started to punch him repeatedly.
Police say the trio got away with the victim's cellphone, as well as some personal documents he had on him.
He was treated at St. Barnabas Hospital for minor injuries on his chest and arms.
The NYPD released surveillance footage of the robbery and the men they are looking for.
All three men are believed to be in their late teens or early 20s.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
