Police have released new surveillance video of a man accused of stealing from customers at supermarkets across Nassau County.
Frank Rodriguez is already in custody for the string of thefts but police are looking for other possible victims.
The Rockaway Beach man took purses or credit cards from customers' shopping carts while they were distracted, police say. He would then leave the store and make as many purchases as possible before the credit cards were canceled.
Police say Rodriguez's crime spree stretched from March to July, hitting supermarkets in Great Neck, Carle Place and New Hyde Park. He is charged with 25 counts of grand larceny and four counts of identity theft.
Detectives are asking anyone who feels they may have been a victim of the robberies to call them.
