A pride flag is flying at the Bronx Supreme Court building to commemorate the beginning of Pride Month.
Community supporters gathered to hear Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. speak at the flag-raising event on Monday.
Also in attendance were groups including the Bronx LGBTQ Caucus, the LGBTQ Policy Taskforce, Destination Tomorrow and the Third Avenue Business Improvement District.
It marks the second time that the rainbow-colored flag is flying at the courthouse.
More events are planned to celebrate Pride Month in the borough in the days ahead.
