11h agoThe victim in a deadly crash in Putnam County early Friday morning has been identified as an off-duty NYPD detective.
Police say Jonathan Bermudez, 38, was killed when his car crashed on Peekskill Hollow Road in Putnam Valley.
The 15-year veteran of the force was the only one in the car
Bermudez, also an Army veteran, is survived by his wife and four children.
