Residents bundle up during bitter blast of cold
Bronx residents bundled up Tuesday during a bitter blast of cold temperatures.
Residents at the Bx12 bus stop on West Fordham Road Tuesday wore hats, gloves and big coats.
Most vendors that News 12 spoke to said they weren't bringing out their winter inventory again.
Meteorologists say that warmer temperatures may return next week.
