Some families in Throgs Neck are still recovering from the last nor'easter while trying to prepare for Wednesday's snowstorm.
Con Edison crews handed out truckloads of dry ice to families without electricity Monday.
The company told News 12 electricity is expected to be restored to 90 percent of customers by Tuesday evening.
However, many of those who just got their power restored are at risk of losing it again, officials are warning.
A significant nor'easter is expected to bring 5-10 inches of heavy snow to the area Wednesday.
Officials are warning that the storm could knock out power in some areas.
Residents say they just hope that doesn't happen again.
