A special education center for preschoolers in Pelham Bay is closing.
Parents of students at the Bronx Organization for the Learning Disabled received a letter in the mail saying that the school will be closing on Dec. 30.
The center helps children ages 3 to 5 with learning disabilities and has been serving families for more than 60 years.
Many parents say they do not know where they will place their child now that the school is shutting down.
In the meantime, parents have been told that the Committee for Preschool Special Education will help them find an alternate center for their children.
The preschool is set to close its doors on Dec. 30.
