Bronx residents made their way to Crotona Park Friday night for a free summer concert.

Stevie B and Ted Smooth were the main acts as part of the City Park Foundation's SummerStage Series.

Smooth is a popular DJ in the local music scene. He has also collaborated with many artists like French Montana and Lil’ Kim. Stevie B broke out in Miami in the 70s nightclub scene, but many of his songs are still known by younger generations today.

The SummerStage Series provides free shows throughout the season in all five boroughs.
