Humid, hot conditions to keep the Bronx sweltering

Hazy, hot and humid conditions made it feel like it was more than 100 degrees in the Bronx Friday afternoon, News 12 meteorologists say.

Temperatures are expected to remain in the 90s over the weekend, and into next week.

News 12 was at Soundview Park where people were enjoying the weather.

Visitors to Soundview Park had picnics, played basketball and went for jogs.

A little breeze helped residents cool down later in the day.

Experts say anyone venturing outside over the next few days should stay hydrated.

The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory for the five boroughs through Saturday at 7 p.m
