Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down the man who allegedly shot a Bronx bartender because he refused to serve him a drink.

The incident occurred Friday at El Rey de Copas bar on White Plains Road in Allerton.

Family members say 52-year-old Mario Ramirez was shot three times by a drunken and disgruntled customer who caused a scene prior to the shooting. Ramirez, who was struck in the neck and chest, is in stable condition.

Police say the suspect is 59-year-old Carlos Oshoa. They say he was charged with robbery and theft in 1981, and murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree in 1985.

Authorities say Oshoa is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has black hair. They say he was last seen wearing glasses, a black or grey jacket, dark pants and dress shoes.
