Police arrested a man who they say is responsible for the death of 40-year-old Vivian Connell.
Police say 20-year-old Dwayne Francis has been charged with murder, robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.
They say the victim was found on Glebe Avenue with a fatal gunshot wound to the left shoulder on Aug. 3.
Connell had multiple prior arrests but police believe he was shot because the two suspects were trying to rob him.
