Bronx residents came together Saturday to remember Sept. 11 in a special way.
A 5K run was held on Pelham Parkway, an event named after Tom Clesse, a former lieutenant of the 49th Precinct.
Clesse died of cancer in 2002. His friends and family say he represented everything a person in uniform should embody.
Clesse had more than 30 years of experience on the force.
