Police arrest suspect accused of robbing elderly women
Police say an accused robber who targets the elderly in now in custody. 
Daniel Deynes, a 26-year-old from Brooklyn, is facing a slew of charges in connection with the robbery of two elderly women in the Bronx. 
The first incident occurred on Aug. 14 in Belmont when a 90-year-old woman came home to find the suspect sitting in her living room. Investigators say Deynes ripped the woman's chain and crucifix off her neck and stole her wedding ring, along with $40. 
The second robbery occurred Aug. 21 when the suspect followed an 82-year-old woman into her home, knocked her down and kicked her before stealing her gold necklace. 
Police say Deynes has been charged with robbery, assault and larceny, among other charges
