It will last for a total of three months and end on Jan. 31.
New York State officials are reminding residents of some important changes that are being made this year.
They say subscribers should expect hikes in premiums, noting an average of 22 percent in increased prices.
New York City Health Department's certified application counselors will be available to help residents sign up for health care.
Changes made after Jan. 31 can only be made if you qualify for a special enrollment period, according to officials.
