Three men are accused of robbing a livery cab driver, assaulting him, and then stealing his cab in the Bronx.
The incident happened on Oct. 30, around 3 a.m. on Concourse Village West.
Police say three men walked up to the livery driver, grabbed him by the neck and stole his wallet, cellphone and cash, then drove away in his car.
Police say the men were caught on surveillance video shoplifting from a 7-Eleven four hours later on Webster Avenue.
The cab was found a day later abandoned in the Bronx.
Police say the livery driver refused medical attention at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
