Bronx organization teaches kids, adults how to swim

A local organization is encouraging those who don't know how to swim and are in need of some exercise to get in the water.
The Swim, Swim, Swim, I Say program, started by Agnes Davis, helps children and adults face their fears of jumping into the pool.
In addition to swimming lessons, Davis holds aerobics classes at the Hostos Community College pool. She says exercise is especially important during the winter months.
"If you are a little bit obese or you need to lose a little weight otherwise, this is the perfect way to do it," she says. "This is the best way, no stress on your muscles and joints."
