Police ID cop who died at 40th Precinct
The police officer who died on the job today has been identified. According to police sources, officer Freddie Jenkins died of natural causes while at the 40th Precinct. Representatives from the Patrolmen's Benevolent Association reported to the station, but have yet to comment.
