The trial of the former Bronx housing officer who's accused of brutally murdering his wife entered its third day today. Prosecutors played surveillance video that allegedly shows Eddy Coello carrying his wife's body and putting it in his car. Tina Adovasio's remains were later recovered off the Taconic Parkway in Westchester. The surveillance video was also played when the trial began on Monday, but today prosecutors zoomed in to reveal a much clearer picture. So far, two witnesses have taken the stand. One of them is a lieutenant with the NYPD's homicide task force who walked jurors through the surveillance tape. Prosecutors maintain that Coello beat and choked Adovasio to death in a fit of rage, but Coello's lawyers say he is not guilty of second-degree murder. If convicted, the former cop faces 25 years to life behind bars.Murder trial for former NYPD officer continues in BronxTrial begins for Bronx man accused of dumping wife's body in WCEx-cop pleads not guilty in wife's murderEx-cop indicted in wife's strangulation death
