Police: Hypodermic needle robber in custody

Police say they arrested the man who tried to rob several people in The Bronx and Manhattan by threatening them with a hypodermic needle.
Investigators say they arrested Angel Anthony Cintron in Yonkers earlier today. Cintron's alleged robbery spree dates back to Aug. 16, with multiple incidents occurring in The Bronx.
Cintron would allegedly display a needle he said was infected with HIV and then demand the victims hand over their valuables. All of the victims were teenage boys.
Police say Cintron has an extensive rap sheet that includes 19 prior arrests. Investigators were able to catch him thanks to an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers.
