A recent County Health Rankings and Roadmaps survey placed the Bronx as the most unhealthy county in New York.

The Bronx, which ranked 62nd in the state, has been the least healthy county for the last six years.

Officials, along with the borough president's office, are hoping a new social media movement called #not62 will change that.

Participating in the movement is easy. Residents just need to take a picture of their healthy lunch or favorite workout activity and post it on social media with the hashtag.

"We want grandma, the average Bronxite, to understand that she is part of the solution," says Charmaine Ruddock, of Bronx Health Reach. "We want everyone to understand that we are empowering them and encouraging them to live healthier lifestyles."
