Supporters walk at St. Mary's Park for autism awareness

Supporters and advocates walked at St. Mary's Park Thursday to mark Autism Awareness Day.
Jessica Sanchez-Aviles, of the Bronx, organized the walk. She walked in support of her brother Sammy, who is autistic.
Aviles says that bringing awareness to autism is important because people need to learn how to feel comfortable around those who live with it.
Walkers wore blue clothing and held blue signs to bring awareness to autism.
