Police search for Hunts Point assault suspect

Police are searching for a person they say took part in a brutal beating in Hunts Point.

The assault, which was caught on camera, took place on Manida Street on April 6.

Officials say a fight between the 21-year-old victim and a woman broke out inside an apartment at 625 Manida St. The fight soon made its way into a hallway, where three men allegedly beat the victim.

Police say one suspect cut the victims face twice with a razor as the three other suspects stole his shoes.

The victim was transported to Lincoln Hospital where he was treated and released.

Police arrested three of the alleged attackers in the case, but are still looking for the fourth suspect.

The two Bronx men and one woman in custody have been charged with robbery and gang assault.

Police are asking anyone with information about this incident to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS
