A 39-year-old man was found dead on the Manhattan College Parkway Tuesday, police say.
Officials identified the victim as Jorge Luis Vargas.
Investigators say he had gunshot wounds to his head and torso.
He was pronounced dead on the scene.
No arrests have been made.
