Police are searching for a missing Bronx woman.
Iyabode Olulana, 76, was last seen at her home on Pitman Avenue Thursday afternoon. She is described as 5 feet tall with brown eyes and black hair.
Police say she was last seen wearing a pink shirt and cream-colored capri pants.
Olulana's daughter Abigail tells News 12 that her mother is visiting from Nigeria and has only been in the United States for about three months.
Abigail sent out a plea to her mother in her native language to seek help from a good Samaritan and find her way home.
She says her mother is not familiar with the neighborhood, does not speak English and does not own a cellphone.
Abigail says she has been scouring the streets for any signs of her missing mother. She says she has contacted local hospitals in hopes that her mother's description matches any unidentified patients.
Anyone with information about Olunana's whereabouts is urged to call 1-800-577-TIPS.
