Security video shows victim fleeing shooter

A Bronx man remains hospitalized after a shooting on Kelly Street Monday afternoon, police say.
The victim is shown on surveillance video at around 1:25 p.m. He is seen fleeing as he is shot in the buttocks.
He escaped his attacker and was able to flee down 163rd Street and call 911, according to police.
The investigation is ongoing as the victim recovers at Lincoln Hospital. He is expected to be OK.
Neighbors say the victim lives in the area and was seen arguing with someone before the shooting.
The shooting occurred just as the Bx6 bus was making a stop on 163rd Street. Witnesses say families with children fled the scene as shots rang out.
Police say they recovered a shell casing from the scene that they hope will lead them to a shooter. No arrests have been made.
