Ready, Set, Fit: Gymnastics

Gymnastics is a great option for indoor exercise as autumn's cool weather begins to set in.



News 12's Natasha Geigel stopped by the Brooklyn Gymnastics Center for some helpful tips.



Experts say the sport requires strength, flexibility and coordination. It offers cardiovascular and endurance benefits.



For safety reasons, experts recommend finding a gym that is a member of USA Gymnastics, and making sure coaches are certified.
