BX native to star on 'The Blacklist'

Bronx native Angel Dillemuth will be on the NBC's hit television show "The Blacklist."
Dillemuth, who was raised on Rosedale Avenue in Soundview and attended Cardinal Spellman High School, says he knew from a young age that he wanted to be in the spotlight.
"Whatever I could do to get attention, to get just some type of reaction, that's what I went for," says Dillemuth. "It was actually on stage when I auditioned for 'Grease' that I came to the realization that this is what I really want to do with my life."
Dillemuth went on to attend Lehman College and then The Actor's Studio at Pace University. He encourages young aspiring actors in the Bronx to put things in perspective and figure out who they are.
"I can't wait for what the future holds for me because I'm not going to stop, I'm just going to keep going," says Dillemuth.
