Mother faces charges for abducting daughter in the Bronx

A Bronx grandmother has been reunited with her granddaughter after police say her own daughter took off with the child.
According to police, 22-year-old Margarita Oquendo took her daughter from her mother's home Sunday morning. They say the child's grandmother has custody, not the mother.
The two were missing for five hours. Oquendo has since been taken into police custody.
Neighbors say this isn't the first time the child has been taken away.
Oquendo is facing several charges, including custodial interference, criminal contempt and endangering the welfare of a child.
