Thieves steal dog in in Soundview burglary

Burglars broke into a Soundview apartment and stole the residents' belongings, including a family dog.

Nancy Torres says the thieves ransacked her Underhill Avenue apartment Tuesday morning and also took Luna, a 2-month-old husky.

She and her husband say their other dogs in the apartment were shot with pepper spray and paintballs.

The burglars also stole cash, shoes and their son's PlayStation 4, the couple says.

The NYPD's 43rd Precinct is investigating.
