Driver faces charges after seizure causes crash

A cab driver is facing charges after a crash that killed two people in March.
Prosecutors say Emilio Garcia had a seizure while behind the wheel of his cab on March 20, jumping the curb and hitting several people on the Grand Concourse.
Kadeem Brown, 25, and Tierre Clark, 5, were both killed in the crash.
Investigators now say Garcia knew he had epilepsy before the crash and failed to get treatment.
Garcia is charged with manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.
