Word on the Street: Borough’s bad rap

Despite some major revitalization projects in the Bronx, some say the borough continues to get a bad rap.



In an article in Crain's New York, business owners say they continue to find it hard to attract investors because they still see the borough as a place of high poverty and crime rates as it was in the 1980s.
