Postal Service seeks to improve in the Bronx

Two post offices in the borough are drawing the ire of residents who say they're fed up with long lines and misplaced packages.
During busier visits, residents say they can spend as much as two hours waiting for service.
"It seems as if the people, they just don't care," one customer tells News 12.
The U.S. Postal Service says it's making a "concerted effort" to improve its Williamsbridge and Boulevard stations.
"The Bronx postmaster is aggressively addressing this situation," the agency said in a statement.
Some of the fixes under consideration are increasing staffing during peak hours and the accessibility of on-site mailboxes or parcel lockers.
