Pipe break in foreclosed house floods neighbor

A 100-year-old Bronx woman says a broken pipe in the foreclosed home adjacent to her Poplar Street house in Morris Park flooded her basement.
Fanny Lama, who has lived in her home for 70 years, says she found 4 feet of dirty floodwater in her basement Wednesday. She could not find the source of the leak in her home, but neighbors who came by to help discovered it was coming from the vacant house next door.
Workers from Con Ed and the Department of Environmental Protection shut down power and plumbing in the building.
Neighbors want someone held accountable for the damage.
Records show PHH Mortgage took over the foreclosed property in 2013.
