Pound is a full-body workout that combines fitness, cardio, Pilates, isometrics, plyometrics and drumming.
Originally launched at Crunch Gym in California by two professional drummers, Pound classes are now popping up across the nation.
The workout incorporates drumsticks that are double the weight of actual drumsticks.
A 30-minute session can pound your frustrations away, as well as 400 to 900 calories.
