Police: Man fatally stabbed in Longwood

A man is dead after a stabbing in Longwood early Saturday morning, according to police.



The incident happened at around 1:45 a.m. on Fox Street, between 156th Street and Longwood Avenue.



Police arrived at the scene to find 46-year-old Rigino Montero unconscious and unresponsive with a stab wound to the chest.



Montero was transported to Lincoln Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.



No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
